* Setup requires the service Den to arrive 30 minutes prior to the Pack meeting for setup, and to stay after for cleanup.

** Hall monitoring ensures that NO SCOUTS OR SIBLINGS are allowed to run through the J.C. Parks halls during the Pack meeting, and is performed by parents and/or assistant leaders for 5-10 minutes at a time stationed near the main bathrooms.
